Conformity declaration

In order for users of the software to participate in the national e-prescription service, the integration of the service must fulfill the following conditions. Please contact us at an early stage so that we can assess the planned implementation together with you. The correct implementation and interaction of all players is an important prerequisite for the correct functioning of the national e-prescription service.

IMPORTANT

The CHMED specification in accordance with the IG eMediplan guidelines must be strictly adhered to. github: chmed16a specification

IMPORTANT

The partial dispensation of medication must be recorded as such in the service. It is not allowed to report a complete dispensing despite having carried out a partial dispensing. This requirement is enforced by legal entities.

ATTENTION

The national e-prescription service does not validate the unique GTIN or Pharmacodes transmitted. The integrating software manufacturer must ensure that the medication ids are 100% correct and corresponding to the medication. Particularly when recording the dispensing of substitute medications, it must be ensured that the GTIN corresponds to the dispensed pharmaceutical product.
